Going, Going, Gone!

 

Ritchie Brothers are one of the worlds largest Plant auction operators with Auction houses in Vancouver, Dallas, Madrid, Dubai, Australia and Spain and have asked Edward Architecture to design their new UK operation at the Former Maltby Colliery site.

The centre piece of the 40 Acre scheme includes is the new Auction hall with a spectator auditorium overlooking a purpose designed ‘Auction Ramp’ to accommodate the gigantic lots at 1 minute intervals.
