We're Hiring! Architect / Technologist

Edward Architecture are an award-winning architectural practice based in Leeds City Centre and London. Due to an increased, exciting workload and consistent growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, experienced architect / technologist on a full-time, permanent basis to work from our Leeds office.

Key responsibilities

• Working on a mix of different projects throughout the UK
• Working with the team of Architects and Technicians to work to tight deadlines
• Delivering working drawing packages, tender packages and specifications to a high standard with limited supervision
• Applications for planning, building regulations approval and other statutory applications
• Managing workloads of multiple projects
• Liaising with contractors and clients

Skills required

• A minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit experience an advantage
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
