Edward Architecture Commissioned by Yorkshire Housing for 106 New Dwellings in Skipton

Residential Development

Plans for a housing development on a vacant site at Carleton Road, Skipton have been given the go ahead by Craven District Council. The site comprised of approximately 16.3 Acres of open grass land that is located to the south of existing residential development at Burnside Crescent and Willow Way in Skipton. To the West the site is bound by Eller Beck with Carleton Road beyond. To the south is more open land. And to the east, beond the railway lines lies a mixture of residential dwellings and Snaygill Industrial Estate. Proposals will see the development of 106 new dwellings and new vehicular access via a new road bridge from Carleton Road, across Eller Beck. Works on site are scheduled to begin Early 2019.
